“Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me” John 15:4
As you might have noticed, we have looked at John 15:4 every day this week. This is getting to the heart of what Jesus says: Remain in Jesus because apart from Him you can do NOTHING. So, what happens if you ARE connected to Jesus?
Think of a TV. In order to do what it was made to do, you need to plug it into its power source. Once it is plugged in, it shows its bright, sharp images. It is not hard for a TV to do what it does because that is exactly what it was created to do. It is the same way with us.
God has created us to bear fruit. The reason why that seems so hard sometimes is because we are not connected to the power source - Jesus. As we remain connected to Him, we do exactly what we were created to do. Typically, that will be in light with your gifts and talents.

PRAY and ask God to reveal to you the things that He wants to do through you. Spend some time asking God to speak to you directly about them.
